What I do
I bring an engineering perspective and creative problem-solving approach to create products and experiences people love to use. Persistence, curiosity and an obsessive attention to detail define me. With a background in information technology, experience as a Product designer(UX) and developer, and a Certified Usability Analyst(HFI), I am competent in all aspects of the design process.
My Process
- Understand user needs by research.
- Find the right problem statement.
- Solve the problem.
- Create functional prototype and test with the users and gather insights.
- Improve the design based on the feedback.
